As a Brand Manager at P&G, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand building initiatives at the core of P&G's growth success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling packaging and design concepts that effectively communicate brand positioning and resonate with target consumers. Define and optimize the brand's value proposition, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize profitability and market competitiveness. Work closely with retail partners and sales teams to ensure effective in-store execution, including shelf presence, merchandising, and promotional activities, to drive brand visibility and sales. Utilize market research, consumer insights, and data analytics to gain a deep understanding of consumer behaviours, preferences, and trends, leveraging these insights to develop impactful brand strategies. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members, enabling their professional growth and success. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry and pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of brand building principles and strategies, with a track record of successfully driving brand growth and market share expansion. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential.
