About this role

Responsibilities and Duties: • Prepare & submission of tenders or quotations to client. • Read quantities and prepare costing and budget for project. • Preparation & Submission of progressive claims & invoices and variation of orders to the client. • Support and Coordinate project management through analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. • Develop budgets and schedules to conform to project requirements. • Generate purchase requests and vendor paperwork in assigned projects. • Support monthly financial projections by analyzing consultant and labour. • Develop and maintain management plans as per contract guidelines. • Coordinate and compile input from team members and various weekly reports. • Develop work breakdown structure and prepare diagrams, graphs, and charts to analyze problems. • Sourcing for sub-contractors and supplier and negotiate price with them • Guide, supervise, support, train and conduct quality control. • Support senior staff and ensure satisfaction of project milestones and customer requirements. • Evaluate and certify subcontractor's claim. • Prepare ISO document, tenders and final balance sheet, accounting for project • Develop business architecture project schedule as per established customer requirements. • Describe enterprise primary business functions and determine stakeholders. • Define organization and function transcending support, core, and strategic processes. • Monitor project execution to achieve maximum effectiveness for international and domestic projects. • Oversee and report performance and progress through analytical techniques to validate cost and performance. • Minimize company commercial risk through accountability of major project decisions. • Create realistic budgets and schedules for each individual project. • Set milestones within the project to easily track the progress of the project and ensure it remains on track. • Organize the sourcing and shipping of needed materials and aid in finding any necessary labour. • Ensure each project is completed accurately and efficiently. • Collects progress data and performs Earned Value Analysis. • Collects actual costs and analyses performance against baseline budgets. • Prepares weekly progress and performance tracking reports. • Investigates variances from the baseline and analyses performance trends. • Establishes project cost projections based on deployments provided by involved disciplines. • Supports the Project Manager with preparation of Intercompany Agreements. • Supports the Project Manager with preparation of internal forms in relation to change management processes in place. • Provides project performance data for project audit reviews purposes. • Maintains records of the project financial files in line with the company’s established templates. • Creating Contracts based off Customer Purchase Orders and Submit Project Budgets reviews for Project Manager’s Approval • Pro-actively identifies and reports financial risks and opportunities. • Coordinates with engineering discipline lead engineers and/or task force groups to ensure on- time completion of work activities and the implementation of project control procedures. • Has a project control experience and Coordinate with other functional areas to ensure correct implementation of project control/business procedures and requirements. • Reviews and closely monitors project schedule and costs. • Provide project oversight, control, and Value Improvement Practices • Provide needed support for projects in progress at various phases including preparation of project management procedures, governance, Bids Evaluations, cost estimating services, scheduling and value improving practices. • Meet services requirements to support the development and execution of civil Structural Architectural projects. • Provide consultation and support services related to project management such as but not limited to cost estimating services, scheduling, best practices solutions, claim analysis, procurement, benchmarking and overseeing and reporting the healthiness of the projects that in developments and executions stages. • Performs analysis on the negotiation strategy development and execution. • Supports in the technical development and economic justification of capital programs, and alternatives to proposed capital projects. • Support in the business plan and other related activities. • Risk Management & Controls through reviewing risk registers & mitigation strategies. • Ensur…
