Site Coordinator

Job Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise renovation and fit-out works at project sites. Liaise with clients, interior designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to schedule and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly. Coordinate material deliveries and manpower arrangements. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures and regulations. Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation. Attend site meetings when required. Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of experience in renovation, interior fit-out, or construction projects. Experience in Residential, Condominium, Landed, and Commercial projects. Knowledge of site coordination, project scheduling, and construction processes. Able to read drawings and coordinate with various trades. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Possess Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage. Benefits Attractive salary package. Performance bonus.
