Core Responsibilities Client Consultation: Meeting with clients to understand their needs, lifestyle, design preferences, and budget requirements. Design Conceptualization: Creating detailed plans, 3D models, sketches, and mood boards to illustrate design concepts, including lighting, color schemes, and layout. Project Management: Managing timelines, purchasing materials, and coordinating with contractors, architects, and suppliers for project execution. Technical Planning: Developing blueprints, ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and building codes. Site Supervision: Visiting project sites during construction to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are met.
