Job Summary We are seeking a competent and customer-focused IT Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems while providing expert advice and support to customers. Responsibilities Diagnose hardware and software issues in PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems to ensure accurate repair solutions Assemble and disassemble laptops and desktops to facilitate repairs and upgrades Perform quality checks, quality control, and performance testing to verify repair effectiveness Provide expert advice and support to customers to enhance their understanding and satisfaction Maintain a positive work attitude with pride and a strong sense of responsibility in all tasks Learn and apply new repair techniques through provided training to improve technical skills Preferred competencies and qualifications Personal experience with repairing computers to support hands-on troubleshooting and repair tasks
