Here's what you'll be doing as our PR Maestro: 🤝 Assisting our Marketing Manager in PR strategies & planning . ✍️ Weaving words and creating captivating press releases or invitations that will leave mouths watering and fingers clicking. 🗣️ Collaborating with media, digital publication agencies, content creators, influencers, foodie community members, and other key opinion leaders (KOLs), injecting "stamps of approval" to our marketing masterpieces and expanding audience bases. 🍔 Scheduling and monitoring media tasting sessions. Updating guests and restaurants of any changes or important details like dietary preferences. 📱Monitoring all internal and external online publications, social media posts, advertisings, reviews and comments. Analyze performances and metrics, generate reports, present solutions and recommendations to respective stakeholders, and manage all feedbacks and comments. 🤝Constantly liaising with various stakeholders to keep the show running smoothly and updating them on the progress. 🎨 Coordinating with external graphic designer, photographer, videographer, editor, suppliers and vendors for PR campaign materials and services. 🔍 Uncovering trends, market insights and competitor secrets to give our clients the edge they crave. 💡 Contributing your brilliant ideas to the development of PR, marketing and branding strategies. 🗂️ Tackling some basic administrative tasks because, hey, even superheroes have to do it sometimes!
