he Technical Product Owner (TPO) drives end‑to‑end delivery of digital and technology products within Agile squads. The role bridges business, product strategy, and engineering execution, ensuring that technical solutions align with product vision, scalability, and enterprise architecture. Works closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Architects, and UX teams to translate strategic roadmaps into technology-ready backlogs and deliverables Job Responsibilities Product & Technical Ownership Own and manage the technical product backlog, ensuring clear prioritisation aligned to business and technical goals Translate product requirements into detailed technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs Ensure alignment with architecture, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns Delivery & Execution Work closely with engineering teams to drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery execution Remove blockers and ensure smooth end‑to‑end delivery across systems and dependencies Validate delivered features against functional and technical acceptance criteria Stakeholder & Squad Alignment Act as the primary interface between product, business, and engineering teams Collaborate with architects, DevOps, security, and platform teams to ensure compliant and scalable solutions Manage dependencies across multiple systems, vendors, and markets Technical Design & Governance Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards Review and validate API contracts, integration design, and system interactions Support technical decision-making with trade-offs between speed, cost, and scalability Data-Driven Product Development Leverage data and insights to inform product decisions and Track product and technical KPIs (performance, reliability, adoption) Drive continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback loops Job Requirements Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner / Product Owner / Delivery Lead i…
