Deputy Operation Executive (Engineering Inventory, Warehouse, Store)

Key Responsibilities: Carry out daily inventory store activities; Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, goods, and supplies against delivery documentation; Issue materials and products in accordance with authorized requests and record all stock movements; Work with inventory store manager-in-charge to review process workflow and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness; Ensure safe, proper and effective housekeeping of inventory store; Issue items, update inventory and monitor stock levels; Manage disposal of waste and carry out regular inspections of inventory store items and storage conditions; Label, store and file stock items and ensure all required documentation are completed; Conduct regular stock takes, support reconciliation and compile necessary reports; Allocate storage space and ensure safe equipment handling at all times; Participate in innovation and work improvement projects; Perform any other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should preferably:- Possess at least Nitec/Higher Nitec qualifications; and Be willing to perform shift work.
