[LTA-RAOM] SENIOR / EXECUTIVE / ENGINEER, ASSET MGMT (RENEWAL & PLANNING)

Manage Rapid Transit Systems assets to optimize performance and quality through comprehensive condition monitoring and life cycle management. Develop long-term asset renewal plans and manage funding and cash flow forecasts to ensure system reliability for the next 30 years. Requires knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Rail Engineering, or Facilities Management, preferably with experience in railway infrastructure and renewal planning. Candidates must be self-motivated with strong communication skills to engage various stakeholders.
