About this role

Responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, and project management of the NYP Campus Masterplan and rejuvenation projects. This includes overseeing sustainable architectural design, space planning, and coordinating with stakeholders and contractors from inception to handover. Requires a qualification in Building, Architecture, or Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant experience in space planning or project management. Candidates must have knowledge of government policies, regulatory frameworks for development, and experience with large-scale A&A projects.
