About this role

Manage project management, Addition & Alteration (A&A) works, and the maintenance of buildings and M&E systems to ensure operational reliability. Formulate policies, manage maintenance contractors, and oversee the renovation of offices and equipment rooms for Air Traffic Control services. Requires training in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management with experience in civil maintenance and contract management. Proficiency in BIM concepts and knowledge of Public Sector procurement procedures are highly advantageous.
