Manager / Snr Mgr (Project Controls & Green Leasing)

Oversee the development of project and contract management systems and formulate procurement strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects. Manage tender processes, contractual disputes, variation orders, and provide contractual support throughout the project lifecycle. Requires training in Contract Management or Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years of relevant experience, though candidates with no experience may apply. Must be well-versed in Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract and possess strong communication skills.
