About this role
Roles & Responsibilities Lead network requirements gathering and develop practical solution options and alternatives to meet business needs. Provide pre-project consulting to business stakeholders; define and document technical requirements for current initiatives. Ensure business partner engagement and clear communication with all stakeholders. Review and approve associated change requests. Oversee execution of the implementation plan with vendors and internal resources to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Provide regional and global request management support, coordinating and supervising regional and global teams as needed. When required, supervise a small team of Network Solutioning specialists and coordinate their activities to meet project objectives. Responsible for modernizing and operating enterprise networks using AI/ML-driven observability, automation, and predictive operations. Partner with Network Engineering, Data Science, Security, Cloud, and Operations teams to design, deploy, and run production-grade AI-enabled network solutions. Awareness of AI governance, model explainability, data privacy, and security best practices (including local compliance requirements). Development and deployment of network automation and integrating AI outputs into automation pipelines. Skills/Requirement Adequate technical knowledge of network technologies (Cloud/LAN/WAN/Wireless), and experience with two or more of the following infrastructure components: SDWAN, Nexus switches, WWAN, IPAM, Telco circuit management, F5/LB, Anycast, and EIGRP/BGP. Certifications on Cisco data networking products, Zscaler product, Cloud network infrastructure, Firewalls, Load Balancing technology, Network segmentation, etc., would be preferred. Candidates with experience in automation platforms (e.g., Itential) and monitoring/AI solutions like LogicMonitor and SelectorAI will be preferred. Preferred: prior experience applying network automation in regulated or global enterprise environments with multi-vendor equipment and complex change controls. Experience translating business requirements into technical network solutions. Proven experience in network and infrastructure planning and development. Proven experience working in an MNC environment and coordinating across regions. Experience managing technically complex network deployments and projects. Network implementation experience with regional coverage is preferred. Preferred CCNA/CCNP certified.
