About this role
Engage with business users and stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions. Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and user stories. Work closely with Architects, Developers, QA, and Product teams to design technology solutions. Perform gap analysis and impact assessments. Define workflows, process maps, data flows, and system integration requirements. Skills/Requirement - Strong hands-on experience as a Business Analyst. Must have strong analytics experience with expert-level experience and understanding of modern data analysis practices. Experience delivering IT transformation projects. Strong stakeholder management experience. Experience working with cross-functional technology teams. Ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences.
