Deals Advisory - M&A Operations Experienced Associate / Senior Associate

The role involves proactively assisting in the management of several clients, establishing effective working relationships directly with clients, and engaging with private equity investors and corporate C-suite executives. Responsibilities span from pre-deal due diligence and value creation assessment to post-deal taking control, including carve-out and post-merger integration activities. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university and have 1-3 years of experience in M&A or Divestitures, covering due diligence, integration, separation planning, and financial analysis. Strong analytical, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of operating models.
