Fashion Marketing Intern

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Intern to join our Rawbought team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fashion marketing for the Singapore market while contributing to the growth of our online presence. RESPONSIBILITY Marketing Duties: · Create periodic brainstorming deck filled with relevant topics and ideas for all marketing platforms. · Propose relevant and popular engagement plans to assist in sales monthly. Social Media & Content: · Take charge of TikTok content creation as well as plan, organise and host TikTok Lives. · Be on top of the latest social media trends in Singapore and to propose relevant ideas into the content calendar. · Research on topics and create content briefs for both EDMs, blogs and social media postings. Weekly brainstorm deck with relevant topics and ideas to be shared with supervisor(s). · Assist in filming and editing of content for the marketing calendar and for offline media events. · Help to organise and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions. Photoshoot Duties: · Assist Content Lead in the planning and execution of photoshoots including day-of duties. · Sourcing of props, creative materials, and accessories. · Assist Product Lead in sample/stock management, which includes writing loan forms, packing, steaming and transporting items to and from shoot locations. Customer Service: · Foster relationships with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media/e-marketplaces platforms, email, and WhatsApp promptly. · Update the monthly customer service report promptly per the communication with the customers for all exchanges and returns. · Create a feedback deck monthly on the different trends of customers enquiries.
