Key Responsibilities Perform facial treatments according to customers' skin types and needs. Provide basic skincare consultations and recommend suitable products and treatments. Carry out beauty services such as eyebrow shaping, eyelash services, waxing, threading, and makeup application (where applicable). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools. Prepare treatment rooms before and after each customer. Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained. Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service. Schedule appointments and manage customer records. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages of beauty products and consumables. Comply with all workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Perform other duties assigned by the salon or spa manager. Job Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience Good knowledge of skincare products and beauty treatments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude. Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
