Sales Coordinator

We supply wholesale to electronics manufacturers across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region, serving Consumer, Industrial, MedTech, Communication, InfoTech, and Defence sectors. Job Summary Support the Sales Team by processing orders, expediting deliveries, managing inventory, and ensuring timely payments to achieve on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced electronics industry. Responsibilities Process sales orders accurately using the ERP system to ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor open orders daily, identify delayed deliveries, and expedite resolution to maintain delivery schedules Collaborate with sales to manage buffer inventory and consignment stock to optimize stock availability Analyze weekly reschedule requests and respond promptly to support sales planning Prepare and submit monthly operational reports to management for performance tracking Monitor accounts receivables and follow up to ensure punctual customer payments Required competencies and certifications Minimum O levels qualification Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP software usage At least 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in the electronics industry Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with sales and customers Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and reporting Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior working experience in distributor of electronic components Other Information Compensation: Monthly salary range: $3,400 to $3,800 Additional 13th month bonus and incentive bonuses
