Bartender Trainee

General Duties & Responsibilities: Learn the foundations of bartending in a premium whisky-led pub environment Develop knowledge of whisky & cocktail styles, regions, production methods, and flavour profiles Assist bartenders with bar service during busy periods Prepare and serve drinks to brand and quality standards under supervision Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and engaging customer service Maintain bar cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations Support events, tastings, and whisky-focused experiences Build speed, accuracy, and professionalism behind the bar Demonstrate enthusiasm for whisky, hospitality, and continuous learning Job Requirement: Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours Prior F&B or customer service experience is a plus (training provided) Attentive, friendly, and service-oriented Good communication and teamwork skills Physically fit and able to stand for long hours If you're a FUN and OUTGOING individual that fits all the above criteria, do not hesitate to apply!
