This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to sales operations while working closely with cross-functional teams and retail partners. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team. Process customer orders, monitor order fulfilment and coordinate delivery arrangements. Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation and CRM information. Liaise with internal departments (e.g. Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance) to ensure smooth order processing. Prepare sales reports, analyse data and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel. Respond to customer enquiries and maintain good working relationships with customers and retail partners. Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock information with relevant departments. Support the execution of sales promotions and product launches. Visit retail outlets when required to support sales activities and coordination. Conduct product training and briefings for retail outlet staff to ensure accurate product knowledge and effective product promotion. What We're Looking For Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification. Relevant experience in customer service, administrative support, FMCG or the food manufacturing industry will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis. Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in spoken and written English to support day-to-day business communication, including emails, customer correspondence, reporting and coordination with stakeholders. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willing to travel to retail outlets within Singapore when required. Why Join Us?
