Luxury Hospitality & Clienteling Executive Are you a high-touch hospitality professional with an eye for perfection and a passion for delivering unforgettable VIP experiences? We are seeking a Luxury Hospitality and Clienteling Executive to drive, coordinate, and elevate our global client treatment initiatives. In this role, you will bridge global strategy and local execution, partnering directly with our headquarters and international market teams to orchestrate seamless, white-glove client itineraries, oversee event logistics, and manage program budgets with precision. Key Responsibilities VIP Clienteling & Hospitality Orchestration Elevate VIP Care: Support and execute high-end client treatment and hospitality programs across all global markets. End-to-End Itinerary Planning: Partner with market leads to curate, consolidate, and finalize seamless, bespoke client itineraries. On-the-Ground Coordination: Oversee flawless on-site execution, managing luxury hotel arrivals/departures, private transportation, and high-touch concierge support. Agile Schedule Management: Coordinate real-time client appointments and dynamically navigate on-site schedule updates with poise and discretion. Budgeting & Cross-Market Operations Financial Oversight: Monitor itineraries and expenditure against approved budget allocations, ensuring strict alignment. Cost-Recharge Management: Direct the cross-market reconciliation and recharge process for all client treatment expenses. Administrative Rigor: Maintain immaculate documentation and archive all client treatment records and financial expenses. Global Stakeholder Liaison HQ Alignment: Act as the local liaison for our Paris team, providing regional insights, vendor recommendations, and local market expertise. Stakeholder Communication: Drive seamless cross-market collaboration through meeting management, executive presentations, and timely action tracking. Requirements Luxury Background: Solid experience in luxury concierge services, VIP guest relations, or luxury hospitality management. Impeccable Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with an uncompromising, meticulous attention to detail. Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and navigate financial reporting accurately. Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (for budget and schedule tracking) and PowerPoint (for stakeholder presentations). Communication Excellence: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients and collaborate across multi-cultural teams at all organizational levels.
