While representing the brand DNA, craftmanship, quality of materials and creativity throughout the market, you will be engaged in achieving your personal and team’s targets meeting the assigned KPIs and sales goals. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Management and Business Development Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the floor Continuously motivate sales team to meet assigned sales and goals Suggest in-store events and incentives to grow customer base, with emphasis on building local market Uphold excellent customer service and monitor staff performance to maintain service level Provide recommendations to Retail Director to drive sales for product category and clientele Be aware of local trading environment, market trends and its impact on our sales, including competitors’ trading activities and business strategy Act as brand ambassador to strengthen/build relationships and sales with VIP clientele, repeaters and new customers Work with SEAA Marketing team to implement in-store marketing activities Inventory Management Ensure proper inventory mix matching to market needs and following Retail Manager instructions Review merchandise assortment regularly. Plan and take action to optimize stock level and stock mix to reflect sales, buying trends and customer demands. Instruct and guide staff in the correct execution of all company operating procedures, including merchandise receipt, pricing, counts and sales Staff Management Support in hire, evaluate, train, and discipline the staff consistent with Company policies Calculate commission and incentives for the sales team Motivate, coordinate and coach the staff on the floor to achieve sales goals Su…
