Part-Time Swim Coach / Instructor

Job Description We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Swimming Coaches. This role is open to both experienced coaches and those with no prior coaching background — if you love swimming and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you. For candidates without a coaching certification, Quattor provides a structured certification pathway to get you qualified and coaching professionally. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct lessons for students across varying age groups and ability levels Deliver structured, engaging, and safe lessons in line with our programme curriculum Monitor and track individual student progress and communicate outcomes clearly to parents Maintain poolside safety and adhere to all safety protocols at all times Engage positively and professionally with students, parents, and the coaching team Participate in internal briefings and coach development sessions Requirements Coaching certification preferred; candidates without certification are welcome to apply — a certification pathway is available Valid CPR / First Aid certification is an advantage Patient, reliable, and good with children and adult learners Strong communication skills in English Proficient swimmers have an advantage
