Remote Desktop Engineer (East / Up $3100)

Location: Bedok Salary: $2,500 – $3,100 per month (based on experience) Allowance: $300 monthly allowance + $50 mobile allowance Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour rotating shifts) Work Schedule: 3–4 working days per week (average 44 hours per week) The Client is a leading IT services provider and be part of a dynamic team delivering desktop support services to end users. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level desktop and remote IT support to end users. Receive, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Escalate complex technical issues to third-party vendors or resolver teams when required. Maintain accurate incident records and update support documentation. Create and update work instructions, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure software, licensing, and IT operations comply with company standards. Deliver excellent customer support for hardware, software, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft 365-related issues. Requirements Minimum NITEC or Diploma in IT or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk. Familiar with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft 365. Possess at least one of the following certifications: CompTIA A+ CompTIA Network+ CompTIA Security+ Microsoft MD-102 Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
