Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chinese, Education, or a related field At least 3 FULL year of teaching OR tutoring experience Minimum 2 years' experience teaching in school/tuition centre required Great interpersonal skills Passion for fostering a supportive learning community Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential Great speaking and writing skills, able to communicate in English Familiar with primary school curriculum (Chinese) Teaching experience with lower primary class Responsibilities: Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and supported in their learning journey Design and deliver interactive lessons that promote active student participation and critical thinking skills Provide personalized feedback and support to help students overcome challenges and reach their academic goals Join us at Quest Education as we strive to inspire, challenge, and empower students to unlock their full potential in Chinese language proficiency and beyond!
