As part of a tight-knit team, the successful candidate will work closely with experienced consultants, receive hands-on mentorship, and play an integral role in delivering successful search assignments. About the Role As a Research Associate, you will support the execution of executive search assignments and contribute to identifying outstanding talent for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Working closely with consultants and clients to understand hiring requirements and business needs. Identifying, sourcing and evaluating potential candidates through various research channels. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the company database. Coordinating interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and clients. Preparing market research, candidate reports and client presentations. Supporting the successful delivery of search projects across multiple industries and functions. About the Requirements Holds a Degree or Diploma from a reputable institution (Specializations from Human Resource Management, Business, Accountancy or Finance backgrounds are a plus, but not a requirement). Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Show strong integrity, professionalism and teamwork. Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Have a genuine interest in people, talent advisory and business-related careers. Be motivated to learn and build a long-term career within the executive search industry.
