About this role
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, servers, and network devices. Provide the regular maintenance support for contract customers. Monitor network performance and system security, performing regular updates, patching, and data backups for contract customers. Diagnose and resolve complex IT incidents, serving as a high-level escalation point for contract customers. Manage the existing customer accounts; To establish trusting, long-term connections with customers and the company person in charge. Liaise with suppliers and contractors as well as enquire about the cost of hardware and license. Collect the customer needs and propose suitable hardware, software license and solutions.
