Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction 2. Market Intelligence and Strategic Insights Stay continuously informed about industry trends and market developments Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis Identify emerging opportunities for business expansion 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with operations team to ensure seamless customer order fulfillment Collaborate effectively across different departments to align strategic goals 4. Reporting and Administrative Support Prepare and compile sales reports and performance data Monitor sales records and their status Managing export shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery Perform any additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager Requirements: Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, and other relevant fields with minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experiences A strategic communicator with strong negotiation skills who excels at developing and closing business opportunities A results-oriented and proactive performer who is market-sensitive and consistently drives towards achieving business objectives A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates self-motivation, and contributes effectively to collaborative team settings Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet business demands, and client needs Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for more senior roles, with compensation adjusted accordingly.
