Statement of Purpose You will manage and co-ordinate the referral and facilitate services for international and VIP patients. The aim is to provide highly customised concierge services to these esteemed patients and their families and ensure a comfortable and well co-ordinated visit or stay with us. He/she also provides excellent liaison service and facilitates services for the patients. Key Responsibilities - Assist in planning and implementing referral and facilitating services to increase flow of international patients - Attend to international and other patients to facilitate arrangements and ensure that they have a comfortable and pleasant experience in Raffles Hospital - Provide concierge services that are seamless, helpful and add value to patients and clients, and facilitates linkages through the care continuum Maintain a database on international patients to facilitate personalised service and profiling of international patients - Update concierge menu which consist of a suite of services available for the benefit of the patients - Manage and handle medical evacuation referrals - Submit regular reports and ad hoc reports as needed - Handle general enquiries and respond to customer feedback - Assist with induction and training of staff Requirements - Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience - Possess excellent organisation and execution skills - Passion for healthcare sector We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
