Centre Principal /Vice Principal (Yishun)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Centre Principal / Vice Principal to lead our pre-school’s daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care, education, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education. Job Responsibilities: Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the center according to the school's policies and quality standards; Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the school's holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum; Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents; Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements for the centre's operation. Job Requirements: Singaporean Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or its equivalent; Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as center supervisor in pre-school or childcare setting; Strong leadership, able to lead a team and manage people; High sense of responsibility, positive and a can-do work attitude; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Basic computer skills.
