Patient Service Officer

Location: Various Raffles Medical clinic locations across Singapore. Deployment will be based on operational needs. The current role is for location at North East (Compass One), Raffles Hospital (Bugis), Airport (East) and Yew Tee (West). Job Responsibilities: Attend to patient enquiries at the counter and provide information on clinic services. Update patient registration details and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines. Liaise with medical teams and patients to arrange appointments across different medical specialties and clinics within the Group. Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinical tasks when required. Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctors’ review and follow up accordingly. Perform daily billing and ensure accurate transactions, including closing of accounts. Support smooth clinic operations and provide excellent front-line patient service. Job Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline. At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a clinic setting is preferred. Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask effectively. Good customer service and front-line communication skills. Able to work well in a team and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Computer literate, with the ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, and patient registration systems.
