Industrial Relations & IT Manager

Key Responsibilities: Act as the key liaison between management and external stakeholders on industrial relations matters. Foster positive employee relations and maintain a harmonious work environment. Lead IT projects, system upgrades, software implementations, and process automation initiatives. Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with departments to identify technology solutions that support business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations or Information Technology. At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Experience managing IT infrastructure and business applications.
