About the Programme: Join our Place-and-Train (P&T) programme and kickstart your career in early childhood education. This structured programme combines on-the-job training with sponsored professional qualifications, preparing you to become a fully qualified childcare teacher while gaining hands-on experience in a preschool environment. Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in daily classroom activities and routines. Assist in caring for children, including supervising play, routines, and basic hygiene. Observe and learn from experienced teachers to develop foundational teaching and classroom management skills. Participate in training workshops, assessments, and sponsored diploma/qualification courses. Assist in maintaining classroom tidiness, cleaning toys and Montessori teaching materials. Contribute to school events, activities, and other initiatives. Entry Requirements: For Diploma (Conversion) in Early Childhood Care & Education obtain a Local Polytechnic Diploma/ITE Work-Study Diploma/University Degree from a State-Recognized University; AND obtained ONE of the following:a Grade C6 in GCE O-level credit in English (EL1); OR an English Language Acceptable Alternatives (ELAA).
