Site Coordinator (Railway Signaling And Infrastructure Project)

Main Preference : A candidate who is proficient in Mandarin is highly desirable for this role. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of site activities for railway signaling and infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the execution of on-site works by coordinating between internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations in accordance with project requirements, safety standards, and schedules. Responsibilities: Support the coordination of daily site activities, including work planning, site access, and resource allocation Liaise with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure work activities are aligned and executed as planned Assist in tracking site progress and provide regular updates to site management Maintain and update site records, including reports, checklists, permits, and documentation Support preparation and submission of site-related documentation (e.g., method statements, work permits, test reports) Coordinate logistics such as tools, materials, and manpower required for site works Assist in monitoring site safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Participate in site meetings, toolbox briefings, and coordination sessions Support issue tracking and follow-up on site-related actions or discrepancies Facilitate communication between site teams and external stakeholders where required Provide regular site progress update status to Project manager and Installation manager Identifies opportunities for process improvement and makes recommendations for future projects. Qualification required: Minimum Diploma or equivalent; or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in railway/infrastructure projects is a plus Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders on site Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail Willingness to work on-site, including night shifts or weekends when required Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint Has valid Class 3 driving license (preferred) Valid Forklift License (10 Ton Forklift) Job Types: Full-time (Permanent) Salary: SGD3,100 - SGD4,000 per month Experience: Working: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
