Senior Mechanical Engineer - “High-Rise & Complex Buildings”

Design and specify mechanical systems for high-rise and complex buildings, including HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing. Manage the end-to-end process from concept development and authority submissions to tender management and site supervision. Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of building design experience in a consultancy firm. Must be familiar with Singapore building legislation, standards, and agency requirements such as BCA, URA, and SCDF.
