Quantity Surveyor

Requirements: Must have Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry as Senior Quantity Surveyor and above category. Excellent time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines. Job Description: Reviews tender documents / requests for proposal to understand project details and requirements. Supporting in quantity take offs, estimation, prepare tender submission, cost planning, sourcing sub-contractors, forecast budgeting, variation orders, final accounts Preparation of list of prequalified bidders for comparison, cost analysis, negotiations and awarding of sub-contractors· Preparation of tender submissions, when required Liaise with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation Preparation and Issuance of Contracts to Sub-Contractors and Suppliers Reviewing of tender documents, drawings, and requirements Prepare and analyse costings for tender Getting involved in post-tender submission activities
