About the Company A leading international organization expanding its Asia Pacific presence. About the Job Assist in driving regional internal and external corporate messaging strategies. Draft, edit, and organize material across multiple media platforms, such as feature articles, corporate updates, executive slide decks, and digital channels. Help generate preparatory materials, stakeholder briefs, speaking notes, and core media assets. Contribute to the organization and execution of corporate events, managing logistics, guest relations, and day-of operational support. Liaise with various internal departments, creative agencies, and third-party contractors to drive projects forward. Handle administrative workflows for the department, including processing purchase requests, monitoring action items, managing sign-offs, and archiving records. Produce digital media assets by providing basic photography and video editing capabilities as needed. Serve as an agile and helpful resource for incoming departmental questions and requests. Skills and Requirements Prior experience or strong alignment with corporate communications, public relations, or marketing functions. Strong written and verbal communication capabilities with the ability to tailor content for diverse regional audiences. Detail-oriented organizational skills with a track record of balancing administrative tasks and event logistics. Competency in basic digital content creation, including introductory video and photo editing.
