About the Job We are seeking a driven, tech-passionate Techno-Functional Application Analyst to serve as a vital link between our business units and technical architecture tracks. In this highly collaborative role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC)—from understanding complex business processes and translating requirements into elegant system designs, to executing hands-on code adjustments and resolving production issues. This is an onsite engagement in Singapore where you will collaborate directly with cross-functional solution architects and business stakeholders to ensure our enterprise applications remain robust, scalable, and beautifully functional. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Business Translation Process Mapping: Deeply analyze client business processes and facilitate structured alignment workshops with business users to translate operational needs into comprehensive, end-to-end software solutions. Technical Advisory: Act as a trusted technology consultant to frontline business units, providing proactive advice and technical assistance on the effective utilization of application systems. Architectural Alignment: Partner closely with Technical, Solution, and Information Architects to ensure all software builds remain highly robust and perfectly aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines. 2.
