You will manage key banking stakeholder relationships, steer project steering committees, and execute strategic distribution initiatives. The role focuses on embedding general insurance offerings into bank channels while enhancing product visibility and business performance. • Stakeholder Engagement: Serving as the key point of contact for banking stakeholders while managing project steering committees across wholesale and retail banking segments to align operational initiatives. • Strategic Business Development: Formulating sales strategies, campaign frameworks, and product bundling initiatives to increase portfolio penetration and achieve allocated budgets. • Project Management: Steering new go-to-market launches, product enhancements, and digital embedding opportunities in collaboration with internal project management and marketing teams. • Sales Enablement: Conducting regular general insurance training sessions for bank employees to enhance product knowledge and cross-selling capabilities. • Performance Analytics: Tracking performance metrics against budget expectations, conducting market and competitor analyses, and presenting performance reports to partner leadership and management alongside mitigation strategies to achieve targets. about the manager/team Reporting to the Head of Division, you will work within a commercial distribution team focused on strategic channel partnerships.
