Key Responsibilities: Elicit technical and business requirements from domain leads, translating them into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), data mappings, and system workflows. Partner with enterprise architects and development teams to facilitate complex system configurations, downstream integration architecture, and delta/gap analyses. Own functional delivery across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), driving phases from initial scoping and logic design through to deployment engineering. Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis (RCA), and incident resolution during rigorous System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles. Ensure all technical builds, schema changes, and parameter setups comply with internal security governance and MAS/international financial regulations. skills and experience required: Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Systems Analyst within a banking or financial services environment.
