about the company Our client is a global leader in manufacturing of specialty chemical. This well recognised brand is recruiting a Production Manager to join their dynamic team. about the job Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling of all production-related activities Ensure operations adhere to operating procedures, quality and safety requirements Review the operation of plant equipments and systems constantly Monitor, report, develop and implement improvement programs Lead a team to maximize productivity Collaborate to improve process, performance and management efficiency Support and participate in the EHS programs Support the Continuous Improvement programs skills & experience required Master / Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing environment Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes on VSM, Kaizen Able to be hands on with the ground level personnel on the shop floor Well versed with lean manufacturing Willing to work in the west of Singapore (Tuas area) Comfortable in a new start up plant environment If you are interested in the position , kindly send your CVs in to yitwei.kwan(@)randstad.com.sg Please include your availability, expected salary and reason for leaving current job We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted EA: 94C3609 / Reg: R1325913
