Managing the tools up keep and calibration. Managing work orders, quotations, and Invoicing of service. Managing Repair Centre Up keep, Housekeeping & Cleanliness. Managing spare parts inventory planning, ordering, and receiving. Working with Switzerland and other business companies for all repairs related work requirement. Using MD S&R to manage the repair activity. Performing on site commissioning (installation) and maintenance of medical devices. Up to 25% of international travel may be required. You might be required to work on weekend, once in a while Tracking warranties of instruments. Performing on-site or over the phone Customer Support. Managing Service Logistics (inwards and out wards repairs). Qualifications, Experience and Competencies: Diploma/Degree in any Field with minimum 1 year of experience in a field service or technician role. Ability to trouble-shoot.
