Coordinating with cross-functional internal units and external partners including financial institutions, legal advisors, and valuation consultants. Tracking conditions precedent, conditions subsequent, and covenants to ensure full adherence to lender compliance requirements. Compiling operational and financial metrics to construct reporting packages, progress updates, and sustainability performance submissions. Assisting with stream-lining treasury administrative workflows and supporting digital process enhancement programs. skills and experience required This role offers a collaborative environment where you can deepen your corporate finance expertise and contribute to high-impact capital management programs. Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a relevant business discipline. Proven track record in corporate treasury, commercial banking, or financial audit. Solid understanding of loan administration, security structures, covenant monitoring, and credit documentation. High level of numerical accuracy and proficiency in financial spreadsheet tools. Strong interpersonal communication skills, with business proficiency required for regional market coverage. Prior experience with syndicated facilities, structured project finance, or green financing framework structures is advantageous.
