Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Partner Sales Manager to lead and expand our channel ecosystem across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our indirect sales strategy, working closely with distributors, system integrators, and solution partners to accelerate revenue growth in key technological sectors. Core Responsibilities Strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Formulate and implement regional partnership strategies that support our core business objectives. You will identify, onboard, and develop new partners within high-priority industries, specifically targeting Semiconductors, Electronics, Automotive, and Data Centers. Pipeline & Revenue Ownership: Take full accountability for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets. You will monitor the health of the partner pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and promote strict deal registration practices to protect our partners' investments. Relationship & Performance Management: Cultivate strong, executive-level relationships across your partner portfolio. You will serve as the primary point of escalation and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate performance, align goals, and uncover new avenues for growth. Partner Enablement: Ensure our channel ecosystem is highly capable and confident in representing our products. You will coordinate technical and sales training, manage certifications, and drive partner specialization in complex solutions such as EV, RF, and AI/Data Center testing. Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the bridge between our partners and internal teams. You will collaborate with direct sales to define account coverage rules, team up with marketing on joint demand-generation campaigns, and work with operations to ensure seamless pricing and program compliance. Market Expansion & Intelligence: Continuously analyze the ASEAN market to identify whitespace opportunities. You will expand our network of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and integrators while providing internal leadership with vital insights on competitor movements and industry trends. Professional Qualifications Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a closely related discipline. Industry Experience: 6 to 8 years of proven experience in partner or channel sales within the technology sector (e.g., semiconductors, test & measurement, or enterprise IT). Regional Expertise: Extensive experience managing business and navigating channel dynamics across Southeast Asian (ASEAN) markets. Channel Mastery: A deep, practical understanding of various indirect sales models, including distributors, VARs, and system integrators. Track Record: A consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets by successfully leveraging and enabling partner ecosystems.
