Few months later, you will need to hire more people and manage them in your team skills and requirement Min 7 years of experience operating within fintech, trading, quant, hedge fund or relevant industries Prior background within multi-asset electronic environments, market-making, brokerage setups, or financial markets is highly preferred Strong in C++ and Rust (good to have). Good with algorithms.
