Based in Singapore, you will champion fragrance evaluation and selection across an expansive portfolio, including Personal Wash, Personal Care, Hair Care, and Fine Fragrance . Your core mission will be to translate consumer insights and brand strategies into winning liquid, balancing artistic creativity with commercial viability. Lead the fragrance evaluation strategy across cross-category briefs, ensuring strong alignment between market expectations and olfactive direction. Act as a senior partner to key regional accounts, driving high-stakes proactive pitches, defense projects, and innovation pipelines. Work hand-in-hand with Perfumers, Marketing, Consumer Insights, and R&D to deliver high-performing scent solutions. Identify emerging regional trends and new olfactive territories to build a differentiated, forward-looking fragrance portfolio. about the manager/team In this role, you will lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing regional evaluation team.
