Regional Architectural Specifications Manager (Residential)

about the company Our client is in the architectural for residential projects. They’re on a look out for a Architectural Project Manager to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development. about the job Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to manage technical requirements and ensure smooth execution Plan trade schedules and integrate architectural works with structural and M&E details Oversee daily on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and monitor progress against the project schedule Manage the timely submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements Conduct routine inspections to ensure works comply with approved designs, specifications, EHS standards, and government regulations skills & experience required Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering Min 10 years' work project experience in design & build projects Good knowledge of architectural specifications, Architectural & MEP coordination works and requirements Oversee architectural and interior design execution, ensuring alignment with approved specifications and coordination models (CCSM and RCP) across all contractor interfaces Comfortable to travel regionally for work assignment ( around 70%) If you are interested in the position , kindly send your CVs in to yitwei.kwan(@)randstad.com.sg Please include your availability, expected salary and reason for leaving current job We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted EA: 94C3609 / Reg: R1325913
