Quality Chemical Technician (Startup Plant, East)

Key Responsibilities Perform routine evaluations on advanced composite samples, including physical, thermal, and chemical testing . Operate, calibrate, and care for laboratory instruments such as mechanical testers, thermal analysis equipment, and optical inspection tools. Document test results with high accuracy, interpret data trends, and communicate findings to relevant technical and operations teams. Contribute to development projects by supporting the creation and assessment of new material formulations and composite structures. Work closely with engineering staff to diagnose production-related issues and help optimize material performance and process parameters. Ensure the laboratory is kept organized, compliant, and aligned with internal safety standards and industry practices. Skills & Experience Diploma in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 2–3 years of practical experience in a lab or manufacturing setting, ideally involving composite or advanced materials. Hands-on proficiency with laboratory instruments and solid knowledge of standard testing procedures. Training would be provided for those without experience.
