The company is widely recognized for its commitment to workforce stability and long-term asset value enhancement. about the job This is a 6 months contract opportunity for a temporary maternity leave cover based in the central business district, offering a monthly salary of up to S$5000 with an immediate commencement timeline. Oversee and optimize the daily operations, property maintenance, and administrative workflows of a corporate facility. Provide leadership, operational guidance, and regular performance evaluations to the workplace solutions support team. Manage third-party contractor relationships, evaluate service quotes, and supervise external vendor invoicing processes. Supervise health and safety protocols alongside quality control inspections to ensure total regulatory adherence. Act as the primary escalation contact for tenant inquiries while driving capital expenditure reporting and budget reviews. skills and experience required. Bachelors Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedent. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills.
