Production Supervisor [Electronics Manufacturing| West] Rrkc

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations, lead a production team, and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. Allocate manpower and resources efficiently to maximize productivity and improve production efficiency. Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and operating procedures. Investigate and resolve production issues, equipment problems, and quality concerns in a timely manner. Lead, coach, and supervise production operators, including training, performance management, and skill development. Promote and maintain 6S practices to ensure a clean, organized, and safe production environment. Coordinate routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and conduct regular safety inspections and briefings. Update and maintain production records using production management systems. Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry or similar Experience in setting up new production operations or production lines. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to lead and motivate production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proven ability to manage urgent production issues and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
